We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details when available.
- Delivery may take a little longer during high-demand periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

- التوصيل عادةً بيستغرق من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل، حسب موقعك.
- بمجرد شحن طلبك، هيوصلك تأكيد بتفاصيل التتبع عند توفرها.

We want you to feel completely happy with your purchase.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- To request a return or exchange, simply contact us before sending the item back.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, BRUKKOUT will cover the shipping costs.

- لطلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، كل اللي عليك إنك تتواصل معانا قبل إرسال المنتج.
- لو استلمت منتج فيه عيب أو منتج غير طلبك، BRUKKOUT هتتحمل تكاليف الشحن.
Refund Policy | سياسة استرداد المبلغ
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 4–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
